Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems and networks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity problems, and application issues
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory / email systems)
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and backups
• Monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security
• Maintain documentation for IT procedures, assets, and troubleshooting steps
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers when necessary
• Follow company IT policies and security best practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS environments
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, email systems, and common business software
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent)
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
