Senior Planning Account Executive

As a Senior Executive in the Finance & Accounts department at Sturlite, a Bangalore-based electrical products company, your role will involve supporting financial planning, reporting, and compliance functions. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, financial analysis, and driving efficiency through strong internal controls and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the business unit regularly.
• Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and highlight key variances between actuals and projections.
• Assist in pricing decisions and profitability analysis of products/projects.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage end-to-end accounting and business operations.

Qualifications Required:

• Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter cleared).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of GST and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
