Your Mission
We’re building a modern, data-driven technology platform from the ground up and are looking for a Senior Front End Software Engineer who wants real ownership, real impact, and the chance to shape a product, not just tickets. This role is based in Dallas, TX, working alongside a small, driven team tackling complex problems with clean, scalable solutions.
You’ll be hands-on building intuitive, high-performance interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, with meaningful influence over frontend architecture and user experience. Experience in Fintech, Financial Services, or Real Assets (Oil & Gas, Real Estate, etc.) is a plus, but curiosity and execution matter more than domain pedigree.
Key Responsibilities - What You'll Own
- Build production-grade frontend applications. Develop and evolve high-performance interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React — code that ships, scales, and holds up under real use.
- Own features end-to-end. Take ideas from early design discussions all the way through production release — you're not just implementing specs, you're shaping them.
- Bridge design and engineering. Partner closely with backend engineers and UX/UI designers to deliver experiences that are fast, intuitive, and reliable — where the seams don't show.
- Turn wireframes into elegant code. Translate product ideas and designs into clean, maintainable implementations that the team can build on for years.
- Connect the frontend to the data layer. Integrate applications with APIs, services, and data pipelines — making complex backend systems feel effortless to the people using them.
- Influence how we build. Shape frontend architecture, tooling, and best practices as the platform grows — your voice carries weight here.
- Push the craft forward. Stay on top of modern frontend trends and bring improvements that actually move the needle — not chasing hype, but raising the bar.
- Bring spatial thinking. Experience with geospatial data, spatial modeling, or data visualization is a meaningful plus — we work across real assets where location and data intersect constantly.
Qualifications - What You Bring
- 5+ years of serious frontend experience. You've built modern, production-grade applications, not prototypes, and you have the instincts to prove it.
- Deep fluency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React. These aren't tools you've dabbled in, they're how you think.
- A strong product mindset. You care about why you're building something, not just how. You ask questions before you write code.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed. You can move fast without sacrificing quality, and you know the difference between cutting corners and cutting scope.
- Sharp problem-solving instincts. You have a bias toward action, a structured approach to hard problems, and the judgment to know when to pause.
- High standards across the board. Performance, usability, and clean code aren't trade-offs for you — they're the baseline.
- A collaborative, low-ego approach. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners, give honest feedback, and make the people around you better.
- Real ownership and accountability. You take responsibility for what you ship — and you care about the quality and integrity of your work.
