The platform helps organizations enforce AI usage controls, govern both human and non-human identities, and streamline IT and security operations without disrupting existing tools or workflows.\nTrusted by companies like RingCentral, Automation Anywhere, Shiji, and Rec Room, CloudEagle enables enterprises to save 10–30% on software spend while securely managing hundreds of SaaS and AI applications at scale.\nRecognized by analyst firms such as Gartner, GigaOm, and KuppingerCole for its AI/ML-driven innovation in SaaS and AI governance, CloudEagle offers 500+ direct integrations that help organizations eliminate shadow SaaS and AI, enforce AI governance policies, optimize access through intelligent identity governance, and secure non-human identities to reduce operational and security risk.\nShift: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST\n\nRoles & Responsibilities Lead pre-sales engagements , working closely with prospects and Sales reps to understand their challenges and map them to CloudEagle’s platform capabilities.\n\nConduct tailored product demonstrations and custom proof-of-concepts that address specific customer pain points and business needs.\n\nDeliver L1 product demonstrations to educate prospects on the value of CloudEagle’s offerings.\n\nResponsible for demonstrating products and solutions across CloudEagle’s SaaS spend management suite.\n\nCreate solution decks , value proposition documents , and other client-facing sales materials to support the sales process.\n\nCollaborate with the sales and product teams to build custom demos and demo environments , including conducting successful POCs leading to a successful signed contract aligned with customer workflows.\n\nMaintain a strong technical understanding of the product to guide engaging, relevant conversations with technical and business stakeholders.\n\nAccurately forecast and track pipeline activities and monthly revenue.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor by providing insights, feedback, and recommendations to both customers and internal teams.\nRequirements 5+ years of experience in end-to-end B2B SaaS sales , ideally in startup environments.\n\nProven experience leading product demos , proof-of-concepts , and technical sales conversations .\n\nPrior experience demonstrating customer engagement or SaaS platforms (experience with platforms like Sprinklr is a plus).\n\nExperience mapping client challenges to platform capabilities and customizing solutions accordingly.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.\n\nExperience supporting or selling into the US region with flexibility to work US time zone hours .\n\nHigh adaptability and a proactive approach to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
