</ul></div><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>This is a hands-on, cross-functional role supporting the Managing Director, India in running the day-to-day operational, financial, compliance, and administrative functions of Stronghold Investment Management's India entity. You'll work across Finance, Tax & Transfer Pricing, HR & Labour Compliance, Legal & Corporate Secretarial, IT & Infrastructure, and General Office Administration. Not as a specialist in each, but as the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.</p>
<p>You'll coordinate between the Bangalore operations team and US executive leadership, external advisors, and banking and vendor partners, translating priorities into execution and keeping stakeholders aligned.</p>
<p>We're looking for a self-starter with 4 to 7 years of experience who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative without waiting to be told, and has a bias for improving how things work. Experience with AI tools, particularly Claude, Claude Code, or Cowork, is expected.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Strategic Initiatives:</strong> Support the MD in establishing and enhancing India operations. Drive implementation of scalable processes leveraging industry best practices.</li>
<li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Manage and improve day-to-day processes across site operations, administration, and business management. Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.</li>
<li><strong>Governance & Compliance:</strong> Coordinate Transfer Pricing compliance, regulatory filings, and Board Meeting logistics. Maintain governance structures and prepare business reports and dashboards for leadership review.</li>
<li><strong>Financial Management:</strong> Support the monthly financial reporting cycle, annual budget preparation, and Power BI dashboard maintenance for the India entity. Help implement financial controls for budgetary discipline.</li>
<li><strong>Business Operations & Office Management:</strong> Manage Bangalore office facilities and daily operations. Coordinate with external advisors and review vendor contracts for cost-effectiveness.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4 to 7 years of experience in business operations, office management, or a similar cross-functional role, preferably in technology, financial services, or fintech.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge across at least two of: finance/accounting, compliance, HR operations, or vendor/office management.</li>
<li>Comfortable working with senior leadership and external stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in reporting and data tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar) with the ability to build dashboards and prepare executive-level summaries.</li>
<li>Experience using AI tools in a professional context, particularly Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting senior executives or working in a chief of staff or business operations capacity.</li>
<li>Exposure to GCC (Global Capability Centre) setup or scaling operations for a US-headquartered company.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Indian regulatory and compliance frameworks (transfer pricing, labour law, corporate secretarial).</li>
<li>Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.</li>
<li>MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.</li>
