Job Summary
Strategy
- Build the Equities Broking, PMS & Advisory business so as to achieve leadership position in the region.
- Drive the referrals through the SCB segment/channel teams.
- Constantly update the SCB segment/channels on the markets and our house views.
- Coach the RMs / WS’s on the various investment ideas and processes.
- Periodic review of product performance availed of by the customers through us.
- Provide inputs to customers/RM’s / WS’s on transactions / performance.
- Build and deepen relationships with customers to deepen wallet-share to direct equities / SCSI.
- Ensure customers and the various bank segments view SCSI as a value proposition.
- Oversee customer transactions / relationship at local SCSI dealer level to keep track of portfolio performance.
- Handhold new to SCSI customers on their equity journey and help build a true-blue 3in1 customer experience.
- Optimally use the Priority acquisition model and maximize SCSI penetration from the allocated territory.
People & Talent
- Ensure acceptance among all stakeholders.
- Integrate into the Priority / Wealth Segment set up in the allocated SCB branches.
- Support CSR initiatives of the company.
- Customer/Fund House/Issuer/RTA Complaint Management
- Building Overall Direct Sales and Distribution Strategy.
