Role Overview:
As the leader responsible for overseeing end-to-end insurance product due diligence, your main focus will be on evaluating product design, features, pricing, value proposition, and suitability across the insurance value chain. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance and maintain robust due diligence processes for insurance offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire due diligence process for insurance products and providers, including product assessment, governance, and ongoing oversight.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on insurance products, evaluating design, features, pricing, value proposition, and suitability to ensure the bank's competitive position in the insurance market.
- Apply expert knowledge of insurance products and market trends to provide strategic input into product selection, enhancement, and positioning.
- Oversee insurance advisory activities, manage advisory frameworks, and coordinate Learning & Development initiatives for staff and clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and enhance robust due diligence standards for products and providers.
- Enhance due diligence and advisory processes for efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Lead and deliver projects related to insurance advisory and product/provider due diligence to ensure high-quality outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications Required:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Commerce preferred.
- Industry-recognized certifications in the field of Insurance.
- Strong analytical skills and financial market analysis.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and deliver projects on time.
