Job Title: Fine Art Faculty Company: Sketch School of Art & Creativity (SSAC) Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid – Remote + On-site) About SSAC Sketch School of Art & Creativity (SSAC) is an online platform dedicated to nurturing creative individuals across fine arts, architecture, and design. We focus on building strong creative skills and careers through structured learning and high-quality content. Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and skilled Fine Art Faculty who can teach students and also contribute to creating engaging educational content for our YouTube channels and online platforms. This is a hybrid role , involving both remote teaching and on-site presence for content shoots and team coordination. Key Responsibilities 1. Teaching & Mentorship Conduct live and recorded online fine art classes Teach fundamentals such as sketching, shading, composition, perspective, etc. Guide students (14+ age group) and track their progress Provide feedback and improve student performance 2. Content Creation (YouTube & Social Media) Create educational and engaging art content for YouTube Demonstrate techniques clearly on camera Contribute ideas for videos (tutorials, tips, challenges, etc.) Participate in on-site shoots and recordings 3. Curriculum & Planning Assist in developing structured course content Plan lessons according to student level (beginner to advanced) Work Structure Online classes conducted remotely Regular on-site presence required for video shoots and content creation (Delhi NCR) Requirements Strong foundation in Fine Arts (sketching, shading, painting, etc.) Ability to teach concepts in a clear and engaging way Comfortable speaking and presenting on camera Creative mindset with ideas for content Prior teaching or content creation experience is a plus Skills Required Drawing & sketching expertise Communication & teaching skills Basic understanding of content creation Confidence and presentation skills What We’re Looking For Passion for art and teaching Consistency and discipline Willingness to grow with the brand Someone who can take ownership and contribute creatively How to Apply Please share: Updated Resume Portfolio / Artwork samples (Optional) Any teaching or video content links Join us in building one of India’s leading creative education platforms.
