Offline Marketing-Real estate

As an Offline Marketing Executive, your role will involve planning and executing on-ground marketing activities to promote real estate projects, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Executing ATL campaigns including print, radio, hoardings, and billboards
• Handling BTL activities such as events, kiosks, roadshows, and pamphlets
• Managing site branding and project promotions
• Coordinating with vendors, agencies, and channel partners
• Generating leads and supporting the sales team
• Tracking campaign performance and ROI

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelors Degree
• 2-3 years of offline marketing experience
• Knowledge of ATL & BTL marketing
• Strong communication and vendor management skills
• Willingness to travel in and out of Coimbatore

Additionally, you must have a Bachelors Degree and at least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
