Job Title: Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts (Contract Role)

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Contract Duration: 1 Year (Extendable based on performance)

Compensation:upto 80k per month

Notice Period: 90 days (30 days from company side in case of unsatisfactory performance)

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented finance professional (CA Inter / IPCC / CA Finalist) with 2–3 years of relevant experience to support our finance function as an independent contributor. The role requires strong expertise in accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements, along with hands-on SAP experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting Operations

Manage day-to-day accounting entries

Oversee Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles

Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement closure processes

2. Financial Analysis & Reporting

Conduct variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget / Prior Year)

Assist in preparation of budgets, Mid-Term Plans (MTP), and forecasts

Support management reporting and financial insights

3. Compliance & Controls

Manage expense provisions and accruals

Coordinate and handle statutory, tax, and GST audits

Ensure compliance with GST and Income Tax regulations

Maintain strong internal financial controls

4. Financial Statements & Process Improvement

Prepare standalone financial statements

Identify and implement process improvements

Operate as a sole contributor with ownership and accountability

Candidate Profile

CA Inter / IPCC / CA Finalist

2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts

Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance

Proficiency in SAP (mandatory)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Good communication and stakeholder management skills
