Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hiring for Customer Care Executive Role.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls providing customer service.
• Resolving customer queries in a professional manner and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Adhering to the process and achieving performance targets.
• Handling international clients (US, UK) and providing a world-class experience.

Requirements

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in BPO (International Voice/Chat) or customer service will be an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.

• Rotational offs
• 5 working days, 2 days off
