Role & Responsibilities

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Prior experience in an international voice process is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
