Our team of 150+ clinicians, including RBAs, SLPs, and CDAs all supported by a 6-member administrative team. We prioritize your clinical autonomy by building custom, geographically clustered caseloads across in-home, in-school, and virtual settings leveraging AlayaCare for effortless documentation.

Your Impact and Role:

Implement evidence-based behavioural interventions designed and directed by top tier Registered Behaviour Analysts (RBAs).

Deliver a mix of in-home, in-school, and virtual ABA/IBI therapy based on your schedule and client needs

Collaborate with RBAs and SLPs, ensuring families see consistent progress and functional skill acquisition across every environment.

Utilize AlayaCare for real-time data collection and SOAP notes, tracking measurable progress toward Individualized Service Plan (ISP) goals

Support clients and families in achieving their social, communication, and daily living goals with the precision and passion that defines our reputation.

What You Bring to the Team:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a College Diploma in a related field

A valid Ontario Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle

A commitment to geographically clustered caseloads featuring stable 2–3+ hour sessions, allowing you to maximize clinical impact while minimizing travel

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to articulate data-driven progress and skill acquisition.

• Ability to work independently synced with a high functioning multidisciplinary team of SLPs and RBAs
• Evening/Weekend Availability

Assets:

1+ years of experience in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and/or Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI)

Direct experience as an Instructor Therapist / ABA Therapist

Demonstrated expertise in Early Intervention, Executive Functioning, and Self-Regulation support.

You are proficient in delivering in-person and virtual interventions for Pediatric Autism (ASD), ADHD, and related developmental needs

You possess the ability to implement evidence-based Behavioural Intervention Plans (BIPs), facilitate skill acquisition, and support functional communication for neurodiverse learners

Proficiency with AlayaCare or similar tech-forward platforms for accurate data collection, session notes, and tracking measurable client progress
