Job Title: Internal Audit Consultant – Manufacturing / Steel Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform internal audits across manufacturing/steel operations (plant, procurement, inventory, production, logistics)
• Assess internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans
• Review compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Support process improvement and cost optimization initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–6 years of experience in Internal Audit / Risk Advisory
• Mandatory experience in Manufacturing / Steel industry
• Strong understanding of operational audits, IFC, and compliance
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Qualification:

• CA Qualified
