Job Description

As a Finance Shared Services Specialist in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in supporting U.S. operations. Your responsibilities will include managing billing, accounts receivable/payable, data maintenance, and reporting. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely invoices, resolving billing issues, and communicating effectively with both internal and external clients. Additionally, you will guide junior team members and contribute to process improvements. To excel in this role, you must possess strong attention to detail, good judgment, a customer service orientation, and the ability to handle complex billing matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing, accounts receivable/payable, data maintenance, and reporting

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting/finance
• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in accounting or professional services
• Mandatory Workday experience
• Proficiency with billing/accounting systems and MS Office
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
