Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled, experienced and compassionate skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Homecare setting. The RN/LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses ensuring that patients receive the best possible care tailored to their individual needs.

Duties

  • Perform highg quality nursing care for pediatric patients aged 0- 21 years with Ventilators, Tracheostomies, Enteral and parenteral feeding (Gtube, G/J Tubes, NG tubes, TPN ) Infusions services, and other nursing skills as required for homecare services
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Assist with patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Support patients with long-term care needs in a compassionate manner.

Skills

  • Proficiency in home care practices and systems is essential.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience with homecare services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
