• 37 years of experience in Salesforce QA roles.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce core modules such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with QA automation tools like Selenium, Provar, or Copado.
• Proficiency in test management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model and custom object configurations.
