Job Summary

The Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients in a staffing environment. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while meeting client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/Non-IT roles across various clients.
• Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Manage bulk hiring and niche hiring requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate salaries and close positions within deadlines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet individual and team hiring targets/KPIs.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support team performance.

Requirements

• 3–5years of experience in staffing/recruitment consultancy.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
• Experience in handling multiple client requirements simultaneously.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
