You will be a part of the Digital organization driving the creation of scalable and innovative digital strategies, capabilities, and operations for the Global Components business. As a Global Web Editor, your responsibility will involve creating, editing, and publishing website content across global digital properties. Your focus will be on developing compelling user-focused content while ensuring brand consistency across various regions and languages. Your expertise in content management systems, web design principles, SEO best practices, and global content strategy will be essential for delivering exceptional user experiences through high-quality web content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for all digital content published in the CMS, from conception to publication, retrospective, and review.
- Take a responsive approach to changes in a fast-paced environment, creating content that enhances user interaction with products and services.
- Plan, create, and edit effective and optimized digital content to align with strategic objectives and user requirements.
- Write blog posts and marketing copy to promote products and services, maintaining a balance between technical and non-technical language.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and updates, collaborating with web professionals to create new web pages and ensure the right content is delivered to users in the appropriate format.
- Support the development of a content strategy for all brands, optimizing written content for SEO and creating content that resonates globally.
- Engage with stakeholders, monitor web traffic and user engagement metrics, conduct user research, and provide detailed analytics and reporting to the management team.
- Design information that engages users across various platforms and mediums, aligning with user needs and business objectives.
Qualifications Required:
- 4 years of experience in web content creation, editing, or content design.
- Understanding of UX and UI design principles related to content.
- Excellent written English skills and proficiency in IT.
- Strong CMS experience, with the ability to oversee all digital content.
- Skills in research, writing, and design thinking across different media forms.
- Experience in digital content design as part of a web design team.
