Account Manager Eastern Ontario & Eastern GTA
Are you energized by building relationships, driving growth, and representing a trusted brand in hearing healthcare? Unitron is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead sales activity across Eastern Ontario and the East GTA. In this role, you’ll be the primary ambassador for the Unitron brand, partnering with clinics to deliver exceptional product knowledge, training, and business support.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and is motivated by achieving results. The role requires 50%+ travel, including frequent overnight trips within Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding budgeted sales and ASP targets, supported by strong territory planning and reporting.
- Grow the customer base through strategic outreach, onboarding new clinics, and strengthening relationships with existing partners.
- Deliver in‑clinic training and product demonstrations, ensuring clinicians are confident and equipped to use Unitron technology.
- Provide ongoing customer support, including clinician training, troubleshooting, and remote assistance when needed.
- Maintain consistent customer engagement through scheduled visits, proactive communication, and meeting call‑volume expectations.
- Represent Unitron at industry events, including trade shows, seminars, and customer workshops.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives that support territory growth and customer success.
More about you:
- A Bachelor’s degree required
- Degree in Audiology, or a Hearing Instrument Specialist diploma, with a strong interest in hearing healthcare a plus
- Experience in medical, technical, or audiology‑related products, paired with 2+ years in B2B sales or account management
- A strategic, detail‑oriented mindset — you plan ahead, stay organized, and manage your territory with intention
- Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office and ideally Salesforce, and a curiosity for learning new tools
- Strong communication skills, from presenting and training to negotiating and closing
- A self‑driven, competitive nature with resilience, follow‑through, and a growth‑oriented attitude
- A collaborative spirit — you enjoy partnering with customers and internal teams to create meaningful results
- A relationship‑building approach grounded in listening, asking thoughtful questions, and earning trust
- Fluency in English; French is an added advantage

This role's pay range is between: $85,000 - $110,000. This role is also eligible to earn commission.
