Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce residents to solar energy options and generate leads.

  • Utilize CRM software such as Monday.com to track interactions, update customer information, and manage follow-up activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with community members by providing excellent customer service and addressing questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and optimize lead generation.
  • Negotiate with homeowners to schedule appointments for detailed consultations with solar specialists.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company’s brand positively during all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in outside sales, door-to-door marketing, or energy sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse communities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Monday.com or other CRM tools to manage customer data efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service, and technical sales within a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, and promoting environmentally friendly solutions.
  • Leadership qualities that enable self-motivation and team collaboration.
