What We Are Looking For
We are primarily looking for someone who is used to working in hospitality as the position requires understanding of how operations work. You are good with people and have a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
You are also comfortable with systems and administrative tasks and with managing a little team and keep them motivated.

The role…
- Responsible for assisting in achieving the departmental guest satisfaction targets and the food and beverage revenues determined as per the budgets.
- Follow at all times company service standards and sequences of service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Events.
- Resolve in a satisfactory and proactive manner all service and product deficiencies in his/her station and reports any incidents or challenges to Restaurant Manager/Club Manager.
- Perform the functions of escorting guests and/or resetting tables when required by work schedules.
- Check with every guest, during each meal period, to ascertain satisfaction with service and food.
- Follow schedules, work assignments and execute the side jobs that are determined by HOD.
- Must be familiar with the policies and procedures appropriate for his/her position.
- Comply with Personal Grooming and Appearance Standards as laid down by the Company.
- Attend formal training held by the HOD from time to time.
- Inform, notify supervisors of special requests and or other related matters.
- Practice Basic Skills of Guest Courtesy as appropriate.
- Comply with all company policies, rules and regulations.
- Standing or walking for 10+ hours
- Practicing all general safety standards
- Remaining calm in hectic, fast-paced atmosphere
- Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention to details and sense of urgency
- Answering all guest questions accurately and positively
