The role...To prepare the bar area for service by compiling tasks specified on the opening/closing proceduresEnsure all drinks are produced to the correct standard as specified in the bar manualTo maintain required stock level at all timesTo maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the bar at all timesTo have a full knowledge of all products availableTo report any dangerous, damaged or faulty equipment to the Department ManagerTo record any wastage in the wastage bookTo observe fire and health and safety regulations at all timesTo work as part of a team towards efficiency in the bar ensuring it retains a friendly environmentAny other ad hoc duties as directed by ManagementTaking drink orders.Creating and serving beveragesUsing the micros system.Getting to know members and guests.Maintaining a clean and efficient bar.Dealing with complaints.Accounting of bill payments.Closing & opening procedures.Working within the order of service.Operating a bar station and controlling the flow of drinksAttend all training sessions as scheduled
