Senior Supply Chain Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Engineer to lead strategic supply chain optimization initiatives and drive deep engineering integration across the end-to-end supply chain. You will act as a subject matter expert and change agent, mentoring junior engineers while delivering high-impact projects that significantly improve cost, speed, quality, and resilience.

This is a high-visibility role that partners closely with leadership, manufacturing, procurement, and digital transformation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, redesign, and continuous improvement of complex supply chain processes using advanced engineering principles.
• Drive large-scale integration of engineering and supply chain systems (ERP, MES, PLM, TMS, WMS, IoT platforms).
• Identify and eliminate systemic inefficiencies through value stream mapping, simulation modeling, and network optimization.
• Champion Lean-Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, and Digital Twin initiatives across multiple sites or business units.
• Lead cross-functional projects to reduce total landed cost, improve service levels, and build supply chain resilience.
• Conduct advanced data analytics and build predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and risk management.
• Mentor and guide Supply Chain Engineers and Analysts on best practices and technical problem-solving.
• Support global/new product introduction (NPI) programs with Design for Supply Chain (DFSC) and manufacturability inputs.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (AI/ML, Automation, Blockchain, Robotics) in supply chain operations.
• Define and track KPIs, prepare executive dashboards, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
