Senior Agronomist Sustainable Farming

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design and large-scale implementation of regenerative and climate-smart farming systems that deliver superior yields with drastically reduced chemical dependency.
• Take full ownership of soil health revival programs, nutrient efficiency, and carbon farming initiatives across thousands of acres.
• Lead aggressive field trials, demo plots, and innovation projects to validate cutting-edge sustainable practices and inputs.
• Challenge and train farm teams and partner farmers to adopt best-in-class sustainable techniques no excuses, only results.
• Relentlessly track and improve key metrics: soil organic carbon, water productivity, GHG reduction, and input cost optimization.
• Collaborate with R&D and business teams to build commercially explosive sustainable farming models that competitors will struggle to copy.

Preferred: Published work, carbon project experience, or proven success in large agribusiness / agritech environments.
