- Provide recommendations to improve SAN/NAS infrastructure, address/manage critical issues, and conduct root cause analysis
Qualifications Required:
- Expertise in NetApp AFF storage technology and installation of new NetApp clusters
- Proficiency in NetApp provisioning and snap mirror replication for CIFS and NFS
- Hands-on experience in ONTAP firmware update on NetApp clusters
- Troubleshooting Level 2/3 issues on NetApp filers in SAN and NAS environments
- Exposure to Cisco IC Switches and intermediate troubleshooting skills
- Experience in managing NetApp storage-related errors, hardware failures, and vendor management
- Ability to plan, manage, and coordinate new feature designing and development
- Exposure to incident management, configuration management, and capacity management
- Proficient in the administration of Windows and Linux servers
- Good knowledge of ITIL and experience in handling incidents, changes, and problems
- Technical documentation and design process expertise
- Proficient in critical incident management and SLA management
- Intermediate experience in Python scripting and automation
- Knowledge of cloud storage basics and market trends
- Enthusiastic about upskilling and knowledge sharing
- Mentoring new team members and working towards team success
- Intermediate skills in DEVOPS and open-source tools
- Awareness of cloud services and market trends on cloud storage
