Graphic Designer & Visualizer (Associate/ Senior)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience required: 4-5+ years (FMCG and preferably from a digital marketing or brand management agency)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Sr. Graphic Designer & Visualizer who can translate ideas into visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand aesthetics, digital content, and storytelling through design, especially in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create engaging visual content for digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Design creatives for performance marketing campaigns, ads, and brand communication
• Develop visual concepts, layouts, and design systems aligned with brand guidelines
• Work closely with the content, marketing, and client servicing teams to deliver high-quality creatives
• Lead design projects from concept to execution with minimal supervision
• Ensure consistency in brand communication across all platforms
• Create mood boards, storyboards, and campaign visual directions
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Experience in social media creatives, ad creatives, and branding
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus
• Ability to think creatively and translate briefs into impactful visuals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a branding/advertising agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and campaign-based work
• Ability to handle multiple brands and projects simultaneously
• Good communication and presentation skills
