Job Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Creative Producer & Content Host to create engaging content, conduct interviews, and be the on-screen face of Social Nation. Deep understanding of the creator economy, with active awareness of top influencers, emerging creators, and trends across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok is essential. If you’re creative, confident on camera, and live for all things creators + content, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Content Production
- Assist in pre-production, shoots, and coordination with the creative team.
- Ensure timely delivery of video & social content.
On-Camera Hosting
- Host videos, interviews, reels, and creator interactions.
- Maintain an engaging and relatable on-screen presence.
Interviews
- Conduct creator/guest interviews.
- Prep questions and manage schedules.
Scripting
- Write short scripts & talking points.
- Ability to ad-lib during shoots/live sessions.
Community Engagement
- Interact with the audience across platforms.
- Use feedback to refine content.
Creative Ideation
- Stay updated on trends and pitch fresh content ideas.
Qualifications
- 4 + years of experience in hosting, content creation, or media.
- Strong communication skills & camera confidence.
- Understanding of social media trends and creator culture.
- Creative, proactive, and able to multitask.
