Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an Entry-Level Human Resources Analyst for a temporary-to-permanent position! This person will mainly working in data and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for benefits research and implementation
- Managing scheduling conflicts
- Initiating and managing background checks
- Drafting and delivering hiring offer letters to selected candidates
- Employee Relations and vendor management
- Maintain employee attendance records and vacation time
- Maintain HR Systems
- Manage HR’s vendor bills and ensure the accuracy.
- Conduct the employee documents filing and perform data validation
Qualifications
- 0-1 years previous experience in Human Resources
- Internships are a plus
- Strong data skills is essential
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree
- Degree in Human Resources or related is a plus
