Social Capital Resources is a top-tier bank located in Midtown, Manhattan, seeking an Entry-Level Human Resources Analyst for a temporary-to-permanent position. The role primarily involves data management and benefits implementation, along with various HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for benefits research and implementation
• Managing scheduling conflicts
• Initiating and managing background checks
• Drafting and delivering hiring offer letters to selected candidates
• Employee Relations and vendor management
• Maintain employee attendance records and vacation time
• Maintain HR Systems
• Manage HR’s vendor bills and ensure the accuracy
• Conduct the employee documents filing and perform data validation

Skills

• 0-1 years previous experience in Human Resources
• Strong data skills is essential
• Bachelor's Degree
• Internships are a plus
• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
• Degree in Human Resources or related is a plus
