You will be working with Snipebridge, an innovative talent solutions company that connects exceptional talent with forward-thinking and fast-growing organizations. They are revolutionizing the recruitment industry through their first-of-its-kind Embedded Talent Acquisition solutions.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and maintain marketing automation workflows using API integration with tools such as Zapier and Make.com
- Work with data from platforms such as Gmail, CRM, Email Marketing tools, LinkedIn Automation tool
- Create comprehensive reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems to measure marketing performance and internal Recruiting operations performance
- Analyze marketing and recruiting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop and optimize lead scoring models and nurture campaigns
- Manage database quality and ensure data accuracy across marketing platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline marketing processes and Recruiting business operations
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize results
- Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures

- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL (nice to have)
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM regulations
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
- Must have worked with API integration platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, OR IFTTT
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be a plus
