This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and gain exposure to every aspect of building and scaling a fast growing consumer products business.
About the Role
No two days will look the same. As our Startup Coordinator, you will support initiatives across marketing, operations, ecommerce, customer experience, and partnerships. You will have real ownership from day one and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as the company grows.
Responsibilities
Marketing
- Assist with social media planning and execution
- Coordinate content creation and photo or video shoots
- Support influencer outreach and partnerships
- Help execute product launches and marketing campaigns
Ecommerce
- Support Amazon and Shopify operations
- Monitor inventory and product listings
- Assist with order fulfillment and customer inquiries
- Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
Operations
- Coordinate samples, events, and partnerships
- Organize projects and keep priorities on track
- Research new opportunities, suppliers, and tools
- Support day to day business operations
General
- Jump into new projects as the business evolves
- Solve problems creatively and independently
- Help build processes that allow the company to scale
About You
You are someone who:
- Is highly organized and detail oriented
- Takes initiative and enjoys figuring things out
- Is curious and eager to learn
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Is passionate about entrepreneurship and consumer brands
- Is comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
