This is a field-based, door-to-door (D2D) roofing sales leadership role.
You will be in neighborhoods daily—knocking doors, canvassing, generating leads, closing deals, and leading a roofing sales team from the front.

The Role
This is a player-coach roofing sales leadership position.
You will:
- Produce at a high level in door-to-door roofing sales
- Lead, coach, and develop a team (5–8 reps)
- Drive daily field sales, canvassing, and lead generation activity
- Own territory strategy across neighborhoods and zip codes
You are the layer between reps and leadership—setting the standard every day in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & develop a roofing sales team through daily field coaching, 1-on-1s, and performance accountability
- Work in the field daily (door-to-door / canvassing)—knocking doors, generating leads, and leading from the front
- Close roofing sales deals (storm restoration + retail: inspections, adjuster meetings, in-home sales, deposits/financing)
- Own territory & team performance—assign routes, run canvassing blitzes, and ensure reps are active in the field
- Manage pipeline & results—track CRM activity, monitor conversions, and drive consistent production
Compensation & Perks
$120K+ Expected | Top Performers: $150K–$250K+
This role is designed for top performers who want to maximize income through personal production, team opportunities, and leadership leverage.
You earn in three primary ways:
- High % Personal Commissions – Earn top-tier commissions on your own deals and act as a closer for team-generated opportunities (pre-set inspections, appointments, and project meetings)
- Team-Driven Income – Earn additional compensation based on your team’s activity and production in the field (lead generation / appointments)
- Leadership Incentives – Monthly performance-based stipend and bonuses tied to team output, consistency, and growth
In this role, you are not just a salesperson—you are a top producer, team closer, and performance driver for your market.
This Role Is For Leaders
- 2+ years in door-to-door sales, roofing sales, storm restoration, canvassing, or field sales
- Proven success in D2D sales or roofing sales production
- Experience leading, mentoring, or helping other reps improve
- Competitive, disciplined, and consistent work ethic
- Self-starter who can generate their own leads through canvassing
Non-Negotiables
- You are in the field daily (door-to-door / D2D / canvassing)
- You are comfortable knocking 25+ doors per day
- You lead by example—not from a truck or office
- You can hold a team accountable and drive performance
If you are not willing to do door-to-door sales and work in the field daily, this is not the role for you.
