Job Type: Full-time, Salary + Commission, Permanent, $100,000+ Compensation
Schedule: Flexible, including nights and weekends. Ability to set own schedule and partially work from home. Required to drive to customer homes throughout the GTA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer and follow up on inbound seller leads with urgency.
- Build trust quickly while uncovering seller motivation.
- Perform property and market analysis to structure win-win offers.
- Overcome objections and close the deal.
- Track and update all activity in our CRM.
- Coordinate with acquisitions team for seamless deal flow.
Qualifications
- Proven people skills — extroverted, empathetic, socially aware.
- Previous sales experience preferred (direct, commission-based sales a strong asset).
- Self-starter with a “whatever it takes” work ethic.
- Hungry, competitive, and motivated by performance-based pay.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).
- Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
- Interest in real estate investing (asset, not required).
