As an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, researching, analyzing, and reviewing SEO strategies. This includes conducting competitor analysis, website analysis, and implementing search engine optimization techniques. You will also be involved in planning digital marketing campaigns encompassing web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Your key responsibilities will include measuring and reporting on all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals such as ROI and KPIs. It will be crucial for you to plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, as well as optimize user funnels. Utilizing your strong analytical abilities, you will evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.
Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and updating profiles and information on various social media platforms. Your role will involve launching optimized online advertisements through platforms like Google AdWords and Facebook to enhance company and brand awareness. You will also play a critical role in developing engaging and innovative scheduled posts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to enlighten audiences and boost brand awareness.
Moreover, you will monitor and report on competitor activities within social media spaces, track links, and generate customized SEO reports.

- Proficiency in social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Experience in online reputation management, including social listening and responses
- Ability to manage reviews and ratings on Google Play Store and App Store
- Understanding of brand management to maintain online brand reputation
- Familiarity with client SMS and email communication strategies
- Knowledge of acquiring business partners through social media platforms like Facebook and YouTube
- Basic understanding of MIS (Management Information Systems) and Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, IF, AND, OR
- Willingness to collaborate closely with top management when necessary
