Position: Inside Sales Specialist (Individual Contributor)

Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (US Shift)

Joining Date: (Immediate Joiners Only)

Connect with potential customers and drive sales

Understand needs and suggest the right programs

Achieve and exceed sales targets

Work in a high-energy, target-driven environment

📌 Who Can Apply

6 months – 1 or 2 years of experience in Inside Sales (B2C/B2B)

Strong English communication skills

Available for a virtual interview (same day)

Based in Bangalore (mandatory)

Energetic and sales-focused mindset

💰 Salary & Perks

₹29,700 – ₹34,900 (Fixed) + Structured monthly Variable Pay

₹5,000/month night allowance (after 5 months)

🚖 One-way cab (drop)

🍽️ Dinner provided

📅 Work Schedule

Monday – Friday: Work from Office

1st Saturday of the month: Fixed Off

Other Saturdays: Work from Home

Sunday: Fixed Off
