Job Description
Role Objective: Manage end-to-end import customer coordination, documentation, and operational follow-ups, ensuring smooth cargo movement, timely updates, and compliance with shipping and customs procedures.
· Handle import shipments across Air & Sea (LCL / FCL / Air Freight)
· Act as the primary point of contact for customers for all import-related queries and updates
· Coordinate with overseas agents, co-loaders, shipping lines, airlines, CFS, and internal teams
· Follow up on daily routing orders and ensure timely updates are shared with customers
· Prepare and circulate CAN (Cargo Arrival Notice) along with arrival details to consignees
· Manage import documentation, including coordination for Delivery Orders and shipment releases
· Track shipments and monitor cargo movement across various stages until final delivery
· Handle customer queries, resolve issues proactively, and ensure a smooth customer experience
· Communicate regularly with suppliers, carriers, and customers regarding shipment status
· Maintain accurate records, prepare Daily Status Reports (DSR), and ensure regulatory compliance.
· Attend to calls, emails, and operational requests efficiently

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
