We are looking for: Analytics Engineer for Operations/Manufacturing

You’ll make an impact by:

• Design data models and pipelines that improve data consumption and business intelligence across key operational domains.
• Build Snowflake and dbt transformations that support advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities.
• Optimize cloud-based data architectures for secure, scalable, reliable, and cost-effective data processing.
• Streamline data development and deployment using GitHub, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Enable analytics for Manufacturing/Operations, PLM/Engineering, QM, SCM, Intralogistics, Warehouse, and Supplier Quality Management.
• Implement data governance, quality, performance, compliance, and security standards from launch onward.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, business teams, and the Data Hub Team to deliver efficient data solutions.
• Improve engineering practices by staying current with Snowflake, dbt, data engineering, and analytics trends.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

• Bring 5+ years of Data Engineering experience focused on data modeling and pipeline development.
• Apply strong SQL skills to design data models and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Use Snowflake and dbt to build, maintain, and optimize cloud-based data warehouse solutions.
• Develop robust data architectures that support analytics, business intelligence, and strategic decision-making.
• Manage version control and CI/CD workflows using tools such as GitHub.
• Work with Manufacturing Data, including SAP ERP, SAP EWM, structured Engineering Data, Parts, and BOMs.
• Translate complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders, using strong English communication skills.
