We are seeking an Entry-Level Office Administrative Coordinator & Technical Support Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, document management, and correspondence to support office operations.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Assist users with desktop support, troubleshooting software problems, and resolving hardware issues promptly.
- Support network-related tasks such as VPN setup, LAN configuration, and firewall management to ensure secure connectivity.
- Utilize IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy to track and resolve support tickets efficiently.
- Maintain and update documentation related to IT processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform basic hardware repairs or replacements.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to provide excellent customer service and technical assistance via help desk channels.
- Support the deployment of software updates and assist in maintaining system security protocols.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux; familiarity with software troubleshooting is preferred.
- Experience or familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN, VPN, firewalls, and general IT support practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Experience using IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new technologies related to desktop support, network security, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Prior experience in help desk or customer service roles is advantageous but not required.
