We are looking for: Lead Electrical Engineer – Data Centers

You’ll Make An Impact By

• Creating basic designs and supervising detailed designs in the field of low and medium voltage distributors, E-houses and busduct systems.
• Understanding technical requirements from specifications and converting them into appropriate basic designs.
• Reviewing technical basic and detail designs.
• Ensuring that installations are designed and delivered in accordance with the specified requirements.
• Planning project work and preparing progress reports.
• Managing and supervising fellow engineers for detail engineering.
• Proactively liaising with the client and the sales and quotation team.
• Maintaining financial status and preparing additional work quotations.
• Organising and attending factory tests (FAT) with the customer.
• Managing any sub-suppliers and Siemens factories.
• Initiating and developing improvement proposals.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

• Completed degree in electrical engineering (Bachelor or Master level)
• 8+ years' work experience as a (lead) engineer;
• Knowledge of low-voltage electrical distribution boards, distribution boards, transformers and electrical protective devices;
• You are creative and able to communicate ideas and inspire/motivate people;
• Accurate, critical and have broad technical knowledge and interest;
• Flexible working attitude, practical and result-oriented;
• Stress-resistant and able to act within a pressured environment;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Living in the Chennai region.
• Working week of 40 hours.
