We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of robust, scalable, and high-performance PHP applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive innovation across our digital platforms.

Roles And Responsibilities

Custom Solution Development

Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom PHP-based solutions to support digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and architect scalable and efficient solutions.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing best practices, code reviews, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in PHP development and digital marketing, and advocate for their adoption within the team.

Website Development and Maintenance

Develop and maintain PHP-based websites and web applications, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and security.

Optimize code, implement caching strategies, and conduct performance tuning to enhance website speed and user experience.

Integration with Marketing Tools

Integrate PHP-based solutions with various marketing tools and platforms, such as content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and marketing automation platforms.

Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to streamline workflows, automate processes, and improve efficiency.

Data Management and Analysis

Design and implement database schemas, queries, and data management processes to support digital marketing analytics and reporting.

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from disparate sources and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Security and Compliance

Implement security best practices and protocols to protect client data and sensitive information against security threats and vulnerabilities.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and CCPA, related to data privacy and protection.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in PHP development, with a focus on web application development and digital marketing solutions.

Experience with MySQL or other relational databases, including database design, optimization, and query optimization.

Proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
