Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (French & English)
This role is for one of our clients and requires strong communication skills. Experience in consultancy and/or agency environments would be a valuable asset.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for the Quebec market, with responsibility for hiring bilingual call centre talent across Canada while managing approximately 20–30 active requisitions at any given time.
- Contribute to the organization’s financial success by attracting high-quality talent that supports competitive advantage and long-term growth.
- Provide recruitment guidance, consultation, and coaching to line managers.
- Assess staffing needs across assigned portfolios and recommend effective hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, and community networks to support talent sourcing efforts.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop tailored recruitment support for regions facing hiring challenges.
What experience you bring:
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience managing multiple requisitions and clients, ideally within both corporate and agency settings.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate with leaders and employees across different regions.
- Experience developing recruitment strategies for new and evolving roles within a growing organization.
- Proven success in high-volume recruitment environments, effectively managing multiple priorities and portfolios.
- Strong ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid experience using behavioural and competency-based interview techniques.
The client also offers a Flexible Work Program, allowing you to work three days per week onsite at our Mississauga office
The indicated pay range is a good‑faith estimate based on required qualifications, experience, training, and other factors permitted by law. It reflects the pay band established by the client company. Actual offers may vary depending on skills, experience, geographic location, and expected work quality.
