Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Marketing team. You will be the technical lead for marketing data extraction, visualization, and performance auditing. Your work will directly influence how we allocate budget and target key accounts within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.

Principal Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Visualization & Dashboarding: Build and maintain high-fidelity reports in BI tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) that track daily performance of global marketing campaigns across all regions.
  • Funnel Performance Auditing: Conduct deep-dive analyses into the lead-to-revenue funnel to identify bottlenecks, high-drop-off points, and opportunities to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • ABM Data Support: Execute data segmentations for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, ensuring our high-value manufacturing targets receive personalized, data-driven campaign touches.
  • Tagging & Tracking Management: Own the end-to-end tracking architecture, including UTM parameters and conversion pixels, to ensure 100% data integrity from initial click to closed-won opportunity.
  • Ad-Hoc Strategic Analysis: Support the CMO and Marketing Manager with rapid-response data requests for board decks, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and user conference preparation.
  • Marketing Tech Stack Maintenance: Monitor the health of data flows between Salesforce and our marketing automation platform to ensure lead scoring and attribution data remain accurate.
  • A/B Testing Execution: Design and analyze experiments for web and email performance, providing statistically significant recommendations to improve click-through and conversion rates.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in marketing analytics or business analytics, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools
  • Analytics Expertise: Proven ability to analyze marketing funnels, campaign performance, and attribution models
  • Tracking & Tools: Hands-on experience with UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and A/B testing methodologies
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and work with cross-functional teams
