Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Post job openings on job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, references).
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA (HR) completed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
