Join as an Assistant Store Manager!

We seek a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to manage daily operations and provide team support. In this full-time position, you will serve as a key holder, lead by example, and foster a fun, customer-focused atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Unlock and lock the store as a key holder
  • Aid the General Manager in achieving sales objectives
  • Oversee customer service efforts and handle issues effectively
  • Educate and mentor associates on procedures and standards
  • Assign daily tasks and manage breaks
  • Support visual merchandising and store layout
  • Handle register overrides, safe/till counting, and cash handling
  • Uphold and encourage loss prevention protocols

Qualifications We Need:

  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Exceptional customer service with a positive demeanor
  • Minimum of 2 years in retail or customer service experience
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous
  • Must complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days
  • Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to keyholder duties

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Comfortable with bending, reaching, and being on your feet
