Join as an Assistant Store Manager!
We seek a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to manage daily operations and provide team support. In this full-time position, you will serve as a key holder, lead by example, and foster a fun, customer-focused atmosphere.
Your Responsibilities:
- Unlock and lock the store as a key holder
- Aid the General Manager in achieving sales objectives
- Oversee customer service efforts and handle issues effectively
- Educate and mentor associates on procedures and standards
- Assign daily tasks and manage breaks
- Support visual merchandising and store layout
- Handle register overrides, safe/till counting, and cash handling
- Uphold and encourage loss prevention protocols
Qualifications We Need:
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Exceptional customer service with a positive demeanor
- Minimum of 2 years in retail or customer service experience
- Supervisory experience is advantageous
- Must complete Key Carrier Certification within 60 days
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to keyholder duties
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, and being on your feet
