Supply Chain Director

We are looking for a high-impact , execution-focused Supply Chain Director who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and delivers measurable business outcomes. This is not a maintenance role - we need a leader who can transform , optimize , and scale supply chain operations with precision and accountability.

You will own the end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution, driving cost efficiency, operational excellence, and service reliability at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
• Define and execute a data-driven supply chain strategy aligned with aggressive business targets
• Establish and enforce performance metrics, SLAs , and accountability frameworks
• Optimize supplier networks, negotiate high-stakes contracts, and drive vendor performance
• Implement advanced forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization models
• Drive digital transformation through ERP, automation, and analytics integration
• Identify bottlenecks and execute rapid, high-impact operational improvements
• Partner with executive leadership to align supply chain capabilities with revenue and growth objectives
• Build, lead, and retain a high-performance team with a strong execution culture
