We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity in the Pharma / Medical Devices / Diagnostics segment for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive sales and business growth.
Job Summary
The role focuses on expanding market presence by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharma products, medical devices, or diagnostic solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, labs, and channel partners
- Achieve sales targets and drive market expansion
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Identify new business opportunities and territories
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in pharma / medical device / diagnostics sales (freshers may be considered for junior roles)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment
- Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
