Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced R2R Executive with strong expertise in SAP General Ledger, Cost Accounting, or Fixed Assets . The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end Record to Report activities, reconciliations, month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end R2R / Record to Report activities
- Manage General Ledger accounting and journal entries
- Handle Cost Accounting, allocations, and cost center reporting
- Manage Fixed Asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation reconciliations
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Work on SAP for transaction processing and reporting
- Coordinate with stakeholders and auditors
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in R2R / Finance / Accounting Operations
- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP
- Strong knowledge in one or more areas:
- General Ledger
- Cost Accounting
- Fixed Assets
- Good understanding of reconciliations and month-end close
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
