Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / BBM (Commerce Only)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced R2R Executive with strong expertise in SAP General Ledger, Cost Accounting, or Fixed Assets . The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end Record to Report activities, reconciliations, month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end R2R / Record to Report activities
• Manage General Ledger accounting and journal entries
• Handle Cost Accounting, allocations, and cost center reporting
• Manage Fixed Asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation reconciliations
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Work on SAP for transaction processing and reporting
• Coordinate with stakeholders and auditors

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in R2R / Finance / Accounting Operations
• Hands-on experience in SAP ERP
• Strong knowledge in one or more areas:
• General Ledger
• Cost Accounting
• Fixed Assets
• Good understanding of reconciliations and month-end close
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
