Pega Developer (CSSA Certified)

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer to join Wipro's BPM practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of Pega applications, ensuring high-quality workflows and seamless integrations. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop Pega applications, workflows, and decision rules. Build robust UI components and manage REST/SOAP integrations. Provide deployment support and conduct performance tuning. Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment. (For senior profiles) Provide mentorship to junior developers and oversee documentation. Requirements Certification: Pega CSSA is mandatory. LSA certification is highly preferred. Experience: 4 to 11 years of professional experience in Pega BPM development. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and Pega versions 7.x/8.x or later. Joining Timeline: Immediate to 30 days (Must be able to join by May 2026).
