What Youll Lead Deliver

  • End-to-end ownership of the service department, including strategy, operations, and performance
  • Drive customer satisfaction , retention , and service profitability
  • Build and implement scalable service processes , systems , and KPIs
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-functional service team (support, field service, operations, etc.)
  • Establish a performance-driven culture with strong accountability and continuous improvement
  • Optimize service delivery through process improvements , automation , and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to align service with business goals
  • Handle escalations, critical issues, and ensure best-in-class customer experience
