What Youll Lead Deliver
- End-to-end ownership of the service department, including strategy, operations, and performance
- Drive customer satisfaction , retention , and service profitability
- Build and implement scalable service processes , systems , and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-functional service team (support, field service, operations, etc.)
- Establish a performance-driven culture with strong accountability and continuous improvement
- Optimize service delivery through process improvements , automation , and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to align service with business goals
- Handle escalations, critical issues, and ensure best-in-class customer experience
